We currently offer ground shipping anywhere in the US. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks for on-line products that we have in stock. We don’t guarantee any time frame and your products may take longer.

While in most cases we are able to ship domestic orders within 10 business days of when the order is placed, we cannot guarantee it. Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The day your order ships, Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays, does NOT count as a “shipping day”. Expedited orders shipping out the same day of order placement must be received no later than 12pm Eastern Standard Time; call for availability.
If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you to advise of revised delivery times.

The buyers, are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for international goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
Your satisfaction is our goal. All items are checked thoroughly prior to being shipped to ensure your order is damage-free. If the item with your purchase is broken or has a defect, you may contact us via email service@AngelicaStation.com or phone call prior to return the item. For your security, please ship your package with an insured courier like FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of delivery, and retain your receipt – Angelica Station is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Packages must be sent with freight prepaid.
